When and where is the event? The luncheon will take place on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the Abernethy Center (606 15th St, Oregon City, OR) from 11:30am-1:30pm
What is the dress code? We recommend business casual, but please dress comfortably in whatever makes you feel great!
Is there parking at the venue? Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue and in Abigail's Garden Parking Lot on 15th St., plus ample street parking.
Is the space accessible? Yes! The venue is fully accessible by wheelchair.
Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meal options? Yes! Our lunch is a Mixed Berry Salad with (or without) chicken, strawberries, and blueberries on sweet mesclun mix, toasted almonds, blue cheese crumbles (on the side), and honey balsamic dressing.
Will there be assigned seating? Yes, you will be assigned to a table. If you have specific seating requests to sit with friends or colleagues, please use the group name when registering or contact clackamasfreeclinic@clackamasvim.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Will there be opportunities for networking? Yes! There will be plenty of time to connect with other attendees, partners, and community members, especially early on in the event.
Will photos be taken at the event? Yes, a photographer will be capturing moments from the luncheon. By attending, you grant Clackamas Free Clinic permission to use any photos or videos taken for promotional purposes.
Are children allowed at the event? This is an adult-focused fundraising event. We respectfully request that attendees be 18 years or older.
How will event proceeds be used? All proceeds will support the programs and operations of Clackamas Free Clinic - Volunteers in Medicine, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing free primary and vision care for adults without health insurance.
How can I make a donation if I cannot attend? Your support is greatly appreciated, regardless of whether you attend! You can donate online through our website.
What forms of payment will be accepted at the event? We will accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash for donations and silent auction items. You'll have the option to save your credit card info when you register which will expedite the check-in process.
Will the program be available in languages other than English? If you require interpretation services, please contact clackamasfreeclinic@clackamasvim.org in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What are your COVID-19 protocols? Current COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required for entry. Masking is optional, and we will follow any local and state health guidelines in effect at the time of the event. Other Questions?
